political philosophies

Everything you own is gone.
You are alive.
What do you have?

Why waste my time
attempting conversation
with those who refute,
refuse any truth
for political gain?

At core, libertarianism is about valuing personal liberty above the state.
For the right, apparently liberty is equated with property.  The right’s core value seems to be property above people.
For the left, liberty is more associated with behavior – I have the right to act as I will.  This philosophy is more
in tune with Wicca:  “And ye harm none, do what ye will.” than Christianity, which is about obedience to a
higher authority.
