Harvesting Moonlight

Harvesting Moonlight

Today the dark approaches, loosens veils of entropy.
Pixel colors whisper, hum of trails diminishing.
Lumbering, tales sweaty from slumber sweep
crumbling crusts, twigs and dust,
unencumber twinkling.
Luscious Moon, brilliant, rises
like a sacred flower unbinds, radiant,
smiling indulgence.
Celestial song, deep-breath effulgence,
wise spirit. All we who hear it open our wings.
This night we fly over poignant fields of work requited,
imbibe euphorious mystery of peace. Sweet day’s release,
rewards of harvest, ritual feast of play.
Uproarious dance with moonlight; voice, arms, lift
in embrace so strong, complete.

Grand Trine in mid-Air

Grand Trine in Mid-Air

chatty stream of energy
breaking news, ideations, elegant cloud formations
tip of the lip to the ear, to endear or outrage
Feel deep inebriation of oxygen, enlivening
lines of wind delivered from stage to listening minds
on wings of whistling
vibrations packaging wishes
intentions set wild

welcome Autumn

Autumn Calls a Prologue to Fall

Settle into setting Sun, calling leaves, day diminishing.
Secret scent sings of grail quests, reveals synchronicities.
Gathering hunters sense frenzied victory, pray to
coalesce with
darkening forest, deepening tales, shadowing deity.
Ritual beauty, fierce death/wild rebirth.
Pulling energy, drunk from fruits of Earth, swirl
into ecstasy; face becoming. Sun dies from Western skies.

Happy Birthday, Occupy!

blogbook word opera on 4 platforms
The Secret to Happiness ~ We Are Happening!
Find what brings you alive; and do it.
(not what "I should" to prove that "I'm good," or good
at being bad)
Maybe meet people enjoying it too;
layer texture to our view,
expand our field of play.
Lather, rinse, repeat
as necessary.
Take it out to the street when necessary.
Do what you need to be
what you want to see.
Do what only you can.
Make this happening grand!
Do it today.

so, to console myself over the loss of my blogged projects [which have miraculously reappeared], I have been devising a possible "blogbook" (checking out various blog platforms to see what looks right; also trying out their various options to create a variety of settings thus that the loss of one will not negate the project). The overall title/theme is "Year of Prophecies".
Here's where I am so far on the content, which is destined to go through changes:

fruit trees - utopian flash fiction

We were just people who enjoy organic gardening. Yeah, we tend toward socially conscious politics, philosophy; but mostly we enjoy the doing, the growing, sharing tips online, socializing not socialism.

Still, when Tris suggested it, it just made sense. We’ve been talking about how greening, giving city space to vegetation, has so many benefits. Think of public health, cleaner air, shade, public beauty’s psychological lift, the benefits of natural time and space within the daily grind. We have been explaining to each other and other friends the benefits of fresh organically grown fruits and vegetables, how they should be a larger share of our daily diet, how we could be healthier without so much expensive medical intervention, have better energy and focus and digestion.

Why don’t we have fruit trees filling our public spaces, fresh free food for any to eat, sweet flowers lighting up spring, strong roots soaking up rain, crackly leaves to enjoy while readying for winter, and a public project to bring people together in that old fashioned, happy sharing of work made play?
