ways to proceed

 

What makes these anti-government,

anti-people shenanigans "Right"?

(They certainly aren't conservative,

but rather wildly radical.)

It seems ironic that the people

most able to gain public attention

are so often those we least

ought attend.

War is outrageously expensive

We can't let tyrants take over

We intelligent people,

can we find practical, effective

ways to proceed?

If you can't stand, you can 

still dance with every part

of you that can move to the

music.

people with money ought to be out there 

having a wonderful time, maybe 

throwing cash about to see the throngs 

applaud, partying and laughing, a happy

inspiration to us all

why the hell are they wasting their time 

on bad politics? 

we would all be so much better off if people 

would stop wasting time/energy attacking 

other people and use those resources to 

attack our common problems

All these signs, synchronicities

shouting out to me

existential Truth

What is so meaningful we need

to live for?

Most of us seem to hate our lives

most of the time.

Isn't that what the cruelty is

about?  Needing to feel something,

to distract, to have a way to

relate, when all we have to give

is pain.
